PocketPCTools team is working in another tool. This tool can associate generic information to a GPS point (Longitude and Latitude). The information could be one or many fields and then export all information collected to GoogleEarth.

Here is an example:
With these tools you will be able to collect House Information like Owner, Number of Rooms, State, Price and GPS Information and then export all this information as a KML file and view it in GoogleEarth like PushPins. The same tool can be adapted to many other scenarios because is based on XML Templates that can be edited and manipulated to the desired area.
